Ross Ebbels

I have worked in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry my whole working life and bring to you a variety of expertise.

I grew up in Geelong and started my career at Mietta's Queenscliff Hotel as an apprentice waiter, (unfortunately this apprenticeship no longer exists)

The hotel was one of the great dining institutions at the time and I learnt so much during that time. I was fortunate enough to attend The Swiss Hotel and Tourism School Ecole Les Roche to further my education.

My wife and owned the highly regarded Athelstane House in Queenscliff - A Four star property with a very successful restaurant, we later added McKenzie Ebbels Food Store.

Over the 30 plus years I have worked and managed in a variety of venues both large and small  including venues with large style events. I have also been involved with the start up of several businesses including construction, recruitment, train and opening of new venues.

I was an elected Councillor for The Borough of Queenscliffe for Eight Years including Four terms as Mayor. This helps my clients understand the different levels of government and any potential funding opportunities and I can help navigate through any Planning issues.
